There was a small glitch when it came time to pick up my new RDX. The salesman called me to tell me that they had prepped the wrong car. I don’t blame the salesman for this error but I was almost at the dealership when I got the call. I had to go back home and wait for it to be prepared. One other item was being told that the free Sirius radio subscription was for 6 months when it was for only three. If it wasn’t for these somewhat minor hiccups, I would have given five stars.
I needed a new car, went to one dealer (Rallye Acura) and one salesman.....Anthony. He did my last lease and my new car. I used Rallye for my previous cars too. I've been to many dealers and they talk straight to you. I did my homework before I went in and Anthony worked with us. He was honest, not pushy and a complete professional.
