This is a great dealership. I worked with the older gentleman that was a veteran (I think his name was Joe). He was very nice, kind, friendly and efficient. I walked in on Friday at 3:30 pm and by 5:30 pm I had purchased an ILX. It was the best car purchase experience I've ever had and I am very satisfied with the car. I purposely waited a while (purchased on March 28) to leave a review to see if I had any issues and haven't had any yet. It's a great dealership!

Hi //chad, I have some problem in the navigation display . Every now and then the screen is frozen and I am not able to view the map notr able to set top the option or change the view. The recall repair on my Acura Integra couldn't be performed because the "parts were not in stock." Yet the Acura dealership in Huntington had the parts in stock and performed the repair without delay.

I visited Rallye Acura for a minor technical issue that reasonably could have been handled in 30-60 minutes. I was there, however, for 2 hours and 20 minutes. It might have been longer had I not enlisted the aid of Enza Comito, who intervened to get a service advisor to assist me after a 20 minute wait. She has always been very pleasant to deal with*, as was the advisor on this occasion, Jeorgio LLantino. His service was very professional, attentive and accommodating. Only negative feedback that I have was interaction with Robert O’connor the finance manger. I would’ve gave 4 stars if it wasn’t for the service advisor RICHARD WONG. I brought my 2023 Acura Rdx in for service and the technicians noticed the front passenger strut was leaking. There were significant delays in scheduling the car for service and checking the car in on the day of service. The appointment was made 2 months prior because, by their own admission, they don’t have enough qualified mechanics to handle the repairs. I waited 40 minutes to speak to the advisor, Mr. Moon, when checking in the car for a process that required only about 8 minutes.
